Responsibilities

• Perform complex and detailed research and analysis, and synthesize and present recommendations
• Translate strategy to business/tech requirements through to delivery
• Develop requirements and business processes, and support project planning, management, and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Develop an understanding of client direction, risk and issues, and project goals
• Prepare, facilitate, document, and participating in client meetings and workshops
• Create high quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate project findings
• Perform coordination and/or analytical functions on technology projects
• Gather business or system requirements, translating them into the form of user stories
• Work with product owners, solution architects and developers to deliver solutions in an agile environment
• Participate in development of new market opportunities that will expand our business, the Intelliware brand, and our global reach

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a business and/or technology major with a strong/passionate interest in management consulting
• Ability to think innovatively and creatively, and share ideas with confience
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, while building strong relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical, modeling, and research skills
• Strong skills using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge in system design, system integration, system migration, implementation, gather requirement, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Business Intelligence (BI)
• Good understanding of business/systems analysis methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability think, write, and present in complex ideas in a logical and structured manner
• Ability to recognize the importance of constructive criticism and feedback to build on existing strengths and succeed in the future
