Associate IT Engineer

• Provide exceptional IT support to internal users, across geographical locations ensuring an overall high level of customer satisfaction of an ongoing basis
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking issues to end users
• Create corporate partnerships with vendors and companies to streamline processes and reduce costs 
• Partner with the Information Security team to enforcing security standards across all devices 
• Maintain daily IT operations and provides IT support across office locations to employees and contractors
• Innovate and improve technology in alignment with business and IT needs
• Collaborate across an agile team of IT professionals to deliver technical improvements and integrations
• Create and maintain inventory system for all IT equipment and accessories, including new hire laptops and accessories

• 0-2 years of experience working in corporate IT environments
• Basic knowledge with cloud platform administration including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or equivalent platforms
• In-depth knowledge of managing Mac and Windows operating systems (Hardware and Software)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and problem solver with an action-oriented approach
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in a fast-growing company
• Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate both via documentation and cross team
• Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
• Flexible schedule allowing for support of after-hours, in-house events, and travel to other offices (San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Seattle, New York, New Jersey, Rio de Janeiro, Canada)
