Position Summary
SHEIN Global Security and Risk Management (GSRM) is a global security organization that oversees security infrastructure, risk management, data privacy, business fraud, governance, and regulatory compliance across SHEIN's global footprint. It is composed of a team of security professionals, innovators and thought leaders that have had decades of global security experience, led large scale transformations, and served in Fortune 500 executive roles.
We're looking for an experienced Associate IT Support Engineer I to join our team. You'll be working with a team to support our internal team of professionals with the tools they need to deliver customer success. We are a fast growing company which means there's never a shortage of new IT projects and challenges to solve. We have escalation tiers; we don't just "turn it off and back on again"; we keep the teams we support productive and things running smoothly by solving problems and not just addressing symptoms.

Job Responsibilities
- Solve problems and provide scalable solutions to our desktop users Mac & Windows
- Track issues through the Service-Now Service Management queue and ensure prompt resolution
- Manage hardware and software inventory
- Onboard new users: provision laptops, phones, and necessary accounts
- Assist in the administration of cloud-based applications, MSO365
- Perform recommended upgrades and patches to operating systems, applications, and equipment by Intune or manually
- Follow-up with internal staff/customers
- Provide feedback/Report on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve
- Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting
- Suggest improvements on technologies and procedures
- Office Conference rooms maintenance
Job Requirements
- Experience supporting Macintosh OS 12.6 or later
- Experience working with Service-Now
- Experience with Service-Now
- Experience with OKTA
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Ad & Intune
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience in a desktop support/help desk or similar support role.
- Terrific deskside manner; with the ability to support users without alienating them
- Effective and clear oral and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient with Windows and Mac OSX computer platforms, or enough IT acumen to learn quickly.
- Understanding and familiarity with our cloud based platforms: specially OKTA, Azure Intune, O365 admin, ConnectWise, Apple Business Manager
- Team player. You like collaborating closely with other engineers.
- Comfortable with a distributed workforce. We interact with each other via video chat, Slack and Team and in-person
- Self-motivated, creative problem solver
- At least partially obsessed with automating everything
