Our team provides Active Directory and Domain administration, implementation, and design services across the enterprise. We are continually enhancing and expanding those services to meet our organization's needs. We treat these services as products with a focus on providing value to our internal customers. In this role, the administrator works on infrastructure platforms that include enterprise Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, Microsoft Certificate Services, policy configuration, and escalation level support for enterprise-wide initiatives
Responsibilities
- Enterprise level administration for Active Directory platform
- Create automation to maintain, monitor, and baseline Active Directory and Domain systems
- Proactively provides solutions and documentation to resolve recurring incidents
- Create knowledge articles and provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to support teams
- Identify opportunities to innovate, automate and enhance domain services
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for directory services
- Serves as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and complex production, application, or system problems
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability systems
- Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory and third-party software utilities
- Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps
- Participates in Active Directory user and roles audits providing guidance and data to auditors
Essential experience
- Active Directory and Domain management
- Programming, automation, and scripting experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years engineering and supporting IAM platforms and cloud infrastructure systems preferred

Job Overview
This position installs, configures, and maintains computing infrastructure, operating systems, and middleware products on all computer platforms, including mainframes, workstations, and servers - including web servers - in support of 24-hour-per-day, seven-day-per-week business processes.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Evaluates, implements, and modifies operating system software parameters and product solutions for optimum performance
• Identifies integration and other interface requirements for all supported products and platforms
• Serves as a technical escalation point for technicians and customers
• Troubleshoots hardware, system and application issues
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
