Associate IVR Systems Engineer- Remote
Job Description
Associate IT Systems Engineers are responsible for monitoring, installation, configuration, debugging, administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of technology solutions
What are my Key Responsibilities?β’ Performs installation, monitoring, testing, configuration, migration, maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned technology.
- Manages system/application environment and ongoing operations and ensures that the technologies are updated with current, stable, and compliant architecture and applications that meet enterprise standards.
- Assists with researching, designing, implementing and testing of technology solutions.
- Proactively monitors and reports performance and utilization of assigned technologies and troubleshoots software and/or hardware issues/failures.
- Resolves alerts and performs remediation activities. Manages problem or escalated tickets and tasks and out of cycle requests from systems/software owners.
- Provides input into processes and procedures related to systems/application administration.
- Assists with determining migration and upgrade impacts and diagnosing/resolving technology/application errors.
- Collaborates with IT and business area partners on work groups and initiatives.
- Assists other IT Systems Engineers in determining best course of action for meeting business needs.
- Writes programming/scripting.
- Performs on-call activities as needed for the environment and technologies.
What is Required:
- 2+ years' work experience in design, implementation, monitoring and/or troubleshooting technology.
- Experience with one or more: Java, XML, VXML and HTTP
- Extensive working knowledge of multiple technologies and their interfaces, within a highly integrated operating system
- Extensive experience implementing and administering/managing technical solutions in major, large-scale system implementations.
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Solid proficiency with integrating and using Java web services, REST web services, 3rd party API's
- Proficient with database connections and scripting.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately, to a wide audience of technical and non-technical teammates.
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Understanding of SDLC Guidelines, either Waterfall or Agile and adhered to for audit compliance
- Experience with production support
General Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Annualized Salary Range: $61,000 - $99,100
Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $61,000 - $76,200
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
