Associate Learning Systems Administrator

The Learning Systems Administrator is responsible for administering and customizing our nCino's learning management system (LMS) platform, coordinating integration projects, and maintaining documentation. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency of learning programs and experiences, and will deliver user training on the platform's features. The ideal candidate should have passion for leveraging technology in learning engagements and have excellent communication skills and the ability to pivot to changing conditions.
Job Responsibilities
Administer and operate LMS to deliver, track, report and provide learning experiences and/or training programs for nCino's ecosystem.
Utilize vendor tools, features and HTML to customize and enhance functionality within the LMS platform that meets the needs of nCino's customer, partner and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help manage and maintain dashboards, reports and alerts across various systems including Domo and Workday.
Serve as the primary liaison to LMS support team to manage LMS challenges or troubleshoot unexpected issues.
Liaise and collaborate with Learning Consultants, Program Managers, and key business stakeholders to understand, align and recommend development plans & improvements/optimizations to ensure efficiency of learning programs and experiences.
Coordinate integration projects as needed under guidance of Learning and Enablement including LinkedIn Learning, Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, Workday and other enterprise applications and tools.
Create and maintain LMS documentation related to administration, best practices, processes and other needs as necessary.
Develop and deliver continued user training instruction on the use of the LMS platform and it's features.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in related field with 0-2 years' experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
0-2 years of content design experience, ideally in a similar role
Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity
Ability to developing learning experiences that targets a specific audience and meets company objective
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with command of the English language
Professional presence with ability to engage audiences of varied size and at all levels
Ability to react and pivot quickly to complex and changing conditions.
