The role will be a brand marketing role for Atopic dermatitis (AD), often called eczema, is a chronic (long-lasting) disease that causes the skin to become inflamed and irritated, making it extremely itchy causing a significant impact to sleep, and every aspect of daily life for those who live with the condition.
The US marketing team is preparing for launch in 2023 and is looking for a brand associate join the highly motivated and engaged team! This role with report to the US Brand Senior Director.

- Objective 1: Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Drive high customer experience and engagement
- Working closely with the cross functional team to develop and implement launch strategy
- Marketing Strategy Development
- Marketing Strategy Implementation
- Message Evolution / Creative Development
- Implementation of operational plan
- Develop and implement omnichannel approach to maximise the right content in the right channel to the target customer
- Be an expert in the competitive landscape
- Be a champion for the voice of the customer; listen externally and develop a deep understanding of the customer insights
- Objective 2: Operations Support
- Project Implementation / Financial Management
- Sales Integration Support
- Partner Relationship Management
- Risk Management
- Tactic Approval Process - Veeva process
- Measurement and analysis of strategy and tactic effectiveness
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 2 years of industry experience and/or 1 year of industry experience and an MBA
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
Additional Preferences:
- Completion of Lilly Marketing Academy
- Digital / Direct marketing experience
- Dermatology experience
- Experience with agencies / external partner vendors
- Strong project management skills, Experience with planning and execution of tactics across multiple channels
- Expertise with US affiliate marketing materials approval processes (PCA, FCAP)
- Experience in US Lilly tactic execution (CIQ procedures, PCA processes)
- Ability to work within a team and as a strong team player
- Highly collaborative and proven ability to work as a strong team player with diverse teams
- Strong communication skills
- Thirst for learning and problem solving, solutions oriented
