ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for a passionate, creative, data-driven, consumer-centric Lifecycle Marketing professional to join its Lifecycle Strategy team. Reporting to the Manager, Lifecycle Strategy, the Lifecycle Marketing Associate Manager will lead strategy development for new member acquisition via lifecycle channels, primarily email and SMS. We’re looking for a proven track record of operational excellence supporting Lifecycle strategy development. The ideal candidate has experience with developing lifecycle messaging strategies for highly segmented audiences and is familiar with the technical aspects of email marketing (personalization, dynamic content, hyper-segmented audiences, etc.) Experience with other marketing channels outside of email and SMS (push, in-app) is a major plus. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Act as primary owner of monthly email and SMS messaging plan and calendar, developing data-driven strategy for seasonal campaigns targeting a variety of audiences
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, e-commerce, product/brand marketing) to ensure email creative supports strategic goals and is catered to highly segmented audiences
  • Own creative asset process to ensure efficacy, consistency, and cohesiveness of cross-channel messaging
  • Partner with CRM team to maintain campaign metadata reporting to inform strategy development across team product portfolio
  • Support Lifecycle Marketing Operations Specialist in operational production of email and SMS campaigns (campaign set up, QA and testing, deployment scheduling, minor creative optimizations, etc.)
  • Work with Lifecycle Strategy Managers to align email and SMS calendar and creative briefs to team’s learning agenda; coordinate A/B test plans and innovative solutions to improve existing processes
  • Analyze email performance metrics and provide recommendations for creative optimizations
  • Build clear and concise presentations showcasing Lifecycle team’s work for leadership and key cross-functional partners
  • Develop, maintain and share-out process documentation

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 3-4 years of experience in a lifecycle/CRM/email marketing role
  • Experience using email and marketing automation platforms like Braze, Stensul, Salesforce, Litmus, Monday.com
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML and email standard methodologies
  • Demonstrates curiosity, empathy, integrity, responsiveness, transparency and agility
  • Analytical and process-oriented attitude with unparalleled attention to detail
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills with a proven track record managing parallel workstreams
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment; must be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Copywriting, a creative eye and an interest in email design are a nice-to-have

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$103,200—$134,200 USD
