We are currently looking for an Associate Manager of Client Experience to join us.
In this role, you can expect to:

• Serve as the main point of contact on multiple engagements while supporting CX Associate Directors and/or CX Director to nurture and grow client relationships
• Act as the liaison between client(s) and the internal Monigle team, overseeing the daily management of each assigned work stream
• Lead the creation and development of client initiatives and projects from inception to completion and manage/oversee the progress, timeline and budget of all work streams to ensure smooth completion
• Be responsible for ensuring an unparalleled positive experience for clients
• Support the financial health of client projects, including billing, budget tracking and creation of new project estimates

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 1-3 years of previous branding and/or advertising agency experience
• Has a can-do attitude
• Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Thrives in a fun, humble, fast-paced, no-nonsense culture
• Is comfortable working in a complex, cross-functional and collaborative ecosystem
• Has excellent attention to detail, across a variety of projects & timelines
• Is a problem-solver by nature and has the ability to be proactive, forward-thinking and resourceful

Salary range: $55,000 - 66,000 (Denver, Colorado area)
