ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for an analytical and growth-minded Associate Manager to join its Demand Gen Strategy team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Gen Strategy, this role will support initiatives to efficiently drive demand for new and existing Peloton products in North America. This role is a unique blend of strategy, acquisition/growth marketing, and analytics with touch points across every Peloton product and sales channel. The ideal candidate loves working with numbers, thinking strategically, and solving new & complex marketing challenges. High level of proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required.Ā 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON:

  • Support North America annual and quarterly Sales and Marketing planning
    • Recommend optimal weekly media and lead gen budgets taking into account overall strategic goals, product mix, and media channel performance & efficiency
    • Own forecast and reporting for Leads and Paid Media site traffic, including regular communication to leadership and stakeholders on performance vs plan
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and templates to support forecasting and reporting (primarily in Google sheets and Looker)
    • Build and manage relationships with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing Analytics, Revenue Analytics, Media, eComm, Inside Sales, Retail, Digital App, Corporate Wellness, Apparel, and Commercial teams
    • Interface with external Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and media agencies
    • Serve as point of contact for global counterparts
  • Identify and manage strategic Lead Gen projectsĀ 
    • Create and maintain testing roadmap to grow lead capture across Media, Web, and Partnerships
  • Uncover and execute opportunities for growth across customer segments and products
    • Update purchaser demographic reports and deliver to key stakeholders, including Consumer Insights and FP&A

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 3-5 years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role
    • i.e. strategy/strategic marketing, data or marketing analytics, investment banking, consulting, etc.
    • Marketing and media experience not required
  • Analytical mindset and curiosity - ability to manage large, complex data sets and glean data-driven insights is a must! This role interfaces heavily with Marketing Analytics
  • High level of proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/Google Slides; Looker experience a bonus
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail, bias for action, and organization
  • Problem solving and self-starter mentality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Thrives in ambiguity and comfortable operating independently in fast-paced environments. Ability to quickly pivot between projects and priorities. Must be adaptable and willing to take on different/additional responsibilities as necessary
  • Positive and collaborative attitude. Comfortable working with individuals across functional groups, countries, and levels of seniority
