Associate Manager, Digital Shelf
As the Associate Digital Shelf Manager, you will play a key role in development and execution of account specific digital shelf content and program optimization. You will be the primary support role for the digital shelf team. You will also liaison between omni marketing, our customer facing account teams and our online retail partners. Your ultimate goal is to help manage execution of the retail partner's digital shelf. Activities including, but not limited to digital product merchandising, management of customer review programs, website auditing, and product content catalog upkeep by retail account. You will need to possess detail-oriented program/project management skills in order to manage the volume of digital shelf activity across a dozen tier 1 retail customers. You will help execute digital programs to enhance Keurig's brand presence on retail partner websites, build brand awareness among their consumers, and aid in consumer conversion.
The position will be based in our Burlington, MA or Frisco, TX office, report to the digital shelf lead and will support multiple stakeholders but primarily the digital shelf management team.
What you will do:
- Audit websites and log tickets for catalog inaccuracies or brand violations
- Work with internal PIMs (Salsify, Syndigo, NBB) to manage, update and optimize product content across a varied KDP portfolio
- Work with retail partner tools to upload or syndicate product content to ensure item accuracy online.
- Help execute against annual digital calendar of brand activity to support the overall ecommerce strategy.
- Partner with the sales, marketing, and sales planning teams to ensure all new product launches are executed on-time and meet pre-defined retailer specific digital standards.
- Ensure that Keurig online best practices are adhered to and shared with the partner and sales team.
- Track/audit all digital shelf components and digital programs to check for brand messaging and alignment, product availability, pricing, promotion, and product information; identify opportunities and action plans.
- Create account specific digital shelf scorecards through internal tracking tool.
- Perform external QA on all digital programs executed retail partners online; coordinating as appropriate with other internal and external partners.
- Manage content readiness dashboards to identify digital content gaps and share findings with brand leads
- Manage internal ticketing system to effectively track, manage and prioritize work to support digital shelf activity across KDP retail partners
- Identify new content opportunities
- Support the weekly Omni marketing communication process to the sales team around upcoming activations and developments to the annual plan.
- Define perfect standards, i.e. a "Picture of Success" for retailer digital shelf
- Collaborate with internal teams, and external partners to evaluate and recommend any new and technology and digital merchandising solutions.
What you must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, and/or related field.
- 3+ years' experience and experience in digital marketing and/or eCommerce preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and passion for digital marketing, eCommerce, consumer packaged goods.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

- Highly developed analytic and problem-solving skills.

- Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to lead thinking in a fast-paced and changing environment.
