The Associate Manager, Finance will provide financial analyses and insight to support the profitable growth of the Pizza Hut domestic business. The analysis will mostly consist of evaluating revenue performance and providing actionable insights to drive the business. They regularly partner with and lead discussions with Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Global teams to prepare financial trends, forecasts, and analyses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide thought leadership and analytical support for evaluating and actioning against current business trends (40%)
  • Develop and maintain sales reporting/dashboards (15%)
  • Drive topline quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes (15%)
  • Provide financial support for evaluating new business initiatives (15%)
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for a variety of stakeholders, including Pizza Hut executive team and Yum! Brands global teams (15%)

FACTORS OF SUCCESS NECESSARY:

Required:

  • 5-8 years of experience in finance or business analytics.
  • Frames highly complex issues in an effective manner, using creativity to compile and arrange data in unique and compelling ways.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical intuition and can readily identify gaps in analyses & incorporates creative solutions.
  • Manages time and resources and removes obstacles to ensure quality output is delivered on time.
  • Demonstrates a broad range of skills across the Finance function. Strong bias for fact-based decision-making and action-oriented project management practices.
  • Adds value to team's work by identifying higher-order analytical approaches and solutions.
  • Ensures closure on key initiatives.
  • Creates cohesive presentations, demonstrating a strong command of best practices in deck construction.
  • Great comfortability in conducting due diligence and synthesizing findings to offer actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and look for collaboration with people from different functions and all levels required.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.

Preferred:

  • Experience with one or more of PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL strongly preferred.
  • Experience in developing people and helping them grow.
