Job Description

• Manages and leads the payroll garnishment team with the goal of implementing best practices and building a world-class organization.
• Excellent understanding of Different types of Garnishment work types, court orders, Indexing and the set up.
• Agency calling experience would be preferred.
• Have a thorough understanding of internal controls as they relate to domains.
• Responsible for hiring, training, development, and all people-related aspects of leading a high-performing team.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with the team, provide coaching, and provide performance reviews.
• Address any performance issues right away to ensure employees are aware of them and have the chance to improve.
• Focus on the development of each team member individually.

• Mentoring people, monitoring processes, and ensuring technology is leveraged to exceed customer SLAs.
• Should be able to get the deliverables met by the team at the expected level or more.
• Should be able to review and finalize the RCA, ensuring occurrence is controlled and improvement is displayed.
• Should be effectively able to manage a team of 9-14 members.
• To ensure that the day-to-day operations of the department are running smoothly.
• The ability to coach, mentor, or guide the team is required.
• Ensure that all daily production requirements are completed, ensuring the SLAs are met.
• Support managers and LT with automation and transformation projects supported by business.
• To maintain the required level of accuracy at all times.
• Should be able to demonstrate the ability to coach, mentor, or guide the team.
• Communicate a potential service or business issue to LT and draft or propose a correction and mitigation plan.
• You are expected to demonstrate how you foster relationships with internal stakeholders by establishing and maintaining exceptional business relationships and working collaboratively.
• Problem-solving, time management, and priority-setting skills.
• Expected to demonstrate UKG core values.
• Generate operational metrics to communicate and manage the performance of the production team.
• Must have the ability to manage difficult customer communications and the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
• Engage in hiring along with the manager.
• Implement quality control measures effectively.
• To submit, also assist and encourage team members to submit process innovation ideas as per the assigned goals.
• Payroll Implementation experience will be an added advantage.

QUALIFICATION

  • Overall, 9 to 12 years of work experience, of which the last 5 years were in Payroll/HCM
  • 5 + years of management experience leading a team
  • Excellent understanding of HCM, payroll garnishment operations.
  • Experience in handling at least 9-14 team members
  • Team handling experience, project implementation, extensive general USA payroll and UKG Pro knowledge
  • We are looking for candidates, who are open to Night shift, flexible to work in shifts as per the business requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with UKG Pro (Ulti PRO) is an added advantage
