The Implementation Analyst Associate Manager is responsible for assisting Implementation Analysts in welcoming and onboarding new customers and training existing customers. They aid the Analysts in ensuring a smooth transition for new customers from Sales, to Basic Training, to their Implementation Specialist. The Associate Manager will oversee the communication efforts and tracking of new customers until the customer is autonomous in the software.
This role is ideal for someone who is very organized, can manage many schedules and deadlines effectively, and cares deeply about the customer experience. You should also be passionate about technology and love working with people.
What you'll do:
- Oversee a team of 2-8 Implementation Specialists as they onboard their customers.
- Serve as a coach and mentor, developing the skills of your team to help them achieve their departmental metrics and career goals
- Conduct weekly check-ins with team members to ensure that onboarding is on track and specialists are performing up to task
- Help develop and implement new departmental processes and procedures to maximize department efficiency along with fellow Implementation Leaders
- Own customer escalations for the members on your team to reduce churn and drive quality onboarding
- Coordinate with Implementation Leaders to train new Implementation Specialists
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to align on best practices, internal processes, and product releases
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's Degree, or related experience
- 5 years Customer Service or Sales experience
- Must have extensive knowledge of departmental procedures
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA, and G-suite
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Must be highly organized and autonomous
