As Associate Manager, Marketing Operations and Communications, you will assist with global go to market needs for Dispensing Hospital Solutions within the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business including developing marketing and sales tools and training modules; managing content and claim development, reviews and approvals; supporting the Veeva process; and facilitating effective communications and information flow between global platform and regional marketing teams. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills and drive long-term strategies by proactively engaging across regions, global platforms, marcomm and cross-functional teams within BD.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assists in developing and managing platform marketing communications (e.g., roadmaps), including content distribution and training of regional marketers. This includes communications related to new product launches, product lifecycle management and marketing campaigns.
• Monitors usage and impact of commercial platform tools and programs; creates / executes enhancements to enhance utility.
• Supports the Veeva review and approval process for key BD Pyxis™ content and claims, including support of platform commercial marketing managers.
• Manages RFP and tender requests of the platform team by facilitating messaging and technical information to regional RFP/tender management teams.
• Manages and supports continuous improvement of the commercial marketing toolkits program.
• Assists in managing the platform commercial marketing plan and tactical calendar to improve cross-team coordination and ensure seamless execution.
• Remains current on new and pioneering communication technologies and channels and delivers recommendations to improve commercial execution leading to greater regional marketing and sales effectiveness, including BD Way of Marketing best practice.
• Coordinates with the global BD marketing communications team to adopt new technologies and processes.
• Ensures compliance to BD Quality and Regulatory requirements and adherence to Marketing Communications standards and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 3 years of marketing or communications experience preferably in the healthcare or other FDA regulated industry.
• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• Commercial experience within the healthcare industry preferred.
• Veeva (marketing communications review and approval) experience within the healthcare industry preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive and energy and the ability to consistently produce results.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and to work independently.
• Innovative and creative problem solver who can manage details without losing sight of the end goal.
• Experience in project management.

• Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix organization and able to influence without authority.
• Understanding of marketing and sales processes; ability to evaluate and address gaps in achieving commercial goals by driving process/behavior/culture change.
• Strong meeting facilitation and communication skills.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Results-oriented; capable of managing and driving the completion of multiple competing projects.
