Position Summary:
Walmart Connect, Walmart's media division, is looking for an Associate Manager, Marketing Operations responsible for general marketing operations tasks/projects as well as assisting in budget management and process development within the marketing department. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations.
As Walmart Connect continues to scale rapidly, this individual will play a critical role in managing key initiatives & projects and a variety of marketing operations functions. Serving as the main point of contact for multiple projects & systems this person is the connective glue that brings teams together and facilitates process improvements.
We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, excellent communication skills, experience navigating cross-functional stakeholders and teams effectively, and who can jump into a complex project with many stakeholders and build & communicate a clear project plan.
Core Responsibilities:

• Main point of contact for Workfront administration, inquiries and troubleshooting
• Assist in budget management and procurement process facilitation
• New team member on-boarding tasks including maintaining org charts, updating distribution lists, team lists, etc.
• Team SharePoint administrator responsible for maintaining team SharePoint site including assessing types of access required, granting access, updating members.
• 3rd party data lead responsible for yearly contract negotiations & approvals as well as managing user lists.
• Assisting with process development, implementation and communication across key marketing operation initiatives that improve process across WMC.
• Lead team culture initiatives and team event planning
• Facilitate monthly team meetings and prep content
• Manage weekly business updates to leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years experience in project management within a marketing org.
• Must be assertive, receptive to input, skillful at managing relationships (personable, persuasive)
• Ability to understand and thrive in a fast-paced media environment
• Knowledge of Workfront preferred
• Extremely detail oriented, organized, and can quickly diagnose and fix a workflow problem, while also looking for continuous improvement.
• Sincere interest in understanding how things work and how to always make them better
• Communication and relationship-building skills, as this role requires cross-functional collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to set and communicate clear expectations
• Ability to work effectively and achieve results in ambiguous situations
