• Lead the creation of key strategy documents with the marketing team, including the annual marketing plan and product launch plans. Working for Joint Replacement franchise both for Argentina and Chile
• Identify unexpressed customer needs to drive innovation and improve products and programs.
• Adhere to organizational protocols for competitive intelligence gathering to inform strategic decision-making.
• Drive segmentation and targeting methods to enhance commercial efficiency and optimize marketing efforts.
• Develop pricing approaches aligned with the marketing strategy and brand positioning for market competitiveness.
• Accurately forecast and allocate resources to support marketing initiatives and maximize return on investment.
• Establish metrics, goals, and milestones for measuring marketing strategy effectiveness and success criteria.
• Demonstrate financial acumen in budget management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue growth.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in Advanced English
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Substantial experience in similar roles within Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical companies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
