Your New Role...

This role manages the growing volume of remote productions and ensures strategic planning and documentation are consistently applied. It supports the Manager and Senior Manager by overseeing production strategy for remote-based shows, streamlining workflows, and improving efficiency.

Role Accountabilities...

Own and maintain comprehensive production planning documentation for remote studio shows.

Develop overarching timelines for multiple live events from initiation to postmortems

Work with creative production, technical operations, engineering, studio operations, and production operations to complete a comprehensive plan and timeline

Create and manage budgets and oversee budget tracking for productions across all remote shows.

Accountable for monitoring and reporting project status, tracking issues across multiple remote productions

Facilitate any on-site needs during set up of live productions, acting as a resource for departments as needed

Qualifications & Experience...

1 - 2 years of Live Production experience

College Degree

Exceptional attention to detail
