PURPOSE STATEMENT
Provides support for research initiatives and projects for the USC region to drive business outcomes. Support the development of insight to enhance business planning and decision making across various levels and functional groups of the organization.
This is a hybrid opportunity and will require this professional to be in office T, W and Th at World headquarters in Buffalo NY or our Saint Simons GA office
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
Position will be responsible for supporting and/or leading the following major initiatives:

- Segment and Customer Insights

- Sustaining and Breakthrough Innovation
- Market Assessment
This will be achieved through the following activities:
- Execute research projects in a timely and efficient manner from planning through completion within a given budget.
- Completing analysis, leveraging primary and secondary research information and other sources of intelligence
- Proactively work with business partners on assigned projects to define problems/issues/opportunities, the scope and a project plan
- Ensure clear definition of objective and scope of the research.
- Evaluate and select most appropriate sources of acquiring data (internal and external sources)
- If internal, find creative ways of gathering information from internal sources.
- If external, work with research suppliers to deliver comprehensive analyses, conclusions, and recommendations that address project objectives.
- Share the required budget, communicate realistic timelines and specify deliverables
- Draw conclusions from any conflicting or ambiguous data
- Proactively provide on-going analysis and data gathering as it relates to Industry performance, Operator/retailer performance and customer experience metrics.
Project Management
- Partner with various functional groups to define problems/issues/ opportunities, where market research can be used as a tool to make better decisions or to create demand.
- Ensure clear definition of objective and scope of the research
- Evaluate and select most appropriate sources of acquiring data (internal and external sources)
- Recommend and manage appropriate budget, communicate realistic timelines and specify deliverables
- Execute research projects independently in a timely and efficient manner from planning through completion within a given budget
- Analyze most appropriate sources qualitative and/or quantitative research
- Draw conclusions from any conflicting or ambiguous data
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred with 3+ years of market research experience
- Demonstrated experience using various market research methodologies and techniques.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data to inform recommendations.
- Advanced analytical skills
- Strong communication skills to include written and oral presentations to both internal associates and to customers
- Solid project management/time management skills
- Experience with syndicated data applications required (i.e. IRI, Nielsen, NPD, Spectra, Technomic).
- Developing ability to be a strong business partner and team collaborator - demonstrated ability to work with all levels within the organization
- Solid software proficiency including Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint - Advanced proficiency Excel #CORP123 #LI-RT1
COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$78,742.00 - $106,533.00
