Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Manager of Talent Acquisition to support our talent acquisition strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding our talent pool, optimizing recruitment processes, and supporting the organization’s growth objectives. You will manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and attracting candidates to developing and retaining top talent.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in Developing Recruitment Strategies:
    Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that meet the organization’s workforce needs.
  • Recruitment Alignment:
    Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition to align recruitment processes with business goals and growth plans.
  • Team Mentorship:
    Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to junior recruiters, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous growth.
  • Innovative Recruitment Techniques:
    Utilize creative and out-of-the-box recruitment methods to drastically grow the candidate pool, ensuring a diverse and high-quality pipeline.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:
    Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand departmental needs and ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Track Recruitment Performance:
    Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of contributing to a high-performing recruitment function at a multinational organization.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, creative sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven with a growth and progressive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of technology trends and a passion for continuously improving the recruitment process.
  • Highly motivated with a can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence.
