Job Description

Associate Manager in this role get to: 

Strengthen Relationships: Provide the required support and guidance from Information Security standpoint to the Service Delivery team in ensuring seamless operation and support to the customers. Ensuring ISO27001 controls are implemented at the site.

Impact the Bottom Line: Provide time critical support to system users within the business areas, ensuring maximum efficiency to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Improve the Company: Contribute towards automation of control validation, Compliance reporting and minimizing issues by improving technology, reducing owner ship costs.

Defend Sutherland’s Reputation: Ensure compliance to Information Security Policies.

Qualifications

• B.E./ B. Tech in Computers or Electronics OR graduate in any field with specialization in Information Security
• 4+ years’ core experience in Information security with relevant experience in Risk & Compliance
• Exposure to ISO 27001 compliance

Additional Information

Our most successful candidates will have:

• Exposure to ISO 27001 documentation, compliance and certification audits
• Exposure to PCI DSS compliance and certification audits
• Understanding of Business processes, network/Infrastructure setup, involved in transition of programs
• Have the strong and effective communication skills necessary to coordinate the communications process during service events (up to and including at the global level)
• Have excellent problem-solving and logical analysis skills
• Should possess good knowledge/skill on end point security
• Basic knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
• Exposure to security incident management
• Certifications: CISSP/CISA/CISM/ISO 27001 LA/ ISO 27001 LI – These are desirable but not mandatory
• Be flexible to work beyond normal working hours if required
• Be willing to travel to any of Sutherland's locations across different countries
