Associate Manager, VIP Team

Sciplay’s VIP team is looking for Team Leader with quantitative/analytical skills to join our growing team! The VIP Team Leader will report directly to the VIP Director and will work closely with the Monetization Directors, Functional Marketing Leaders and VIP Team Members

Key Responsibilities:

• Drives best practices with studio to facilitate process improvement for the VIP team members (resolves studio blockers for the team).
• Collaborates with external vendors to identify and resolve system or process issues and program implementation
• Develops and recommends performance standards, utilizing industry best practices and ensuring implementation of organizational customer service strategies.
• Leads, manages and develops team, including: hiring, retention, performance management, and succession planning
• Develops, recommends and implements plans supporting VIP growth capacity, expansion and contingency.
