Job Description:

As an Operations Services Associate, you’ll embark on a rewarding journey of professional growth in a fast-paced production environment. As part of our Flood team, you will play a crucial role in determining appropriate flood hazard zones for structures. You'll maintain accuracy and production standards and ensure the correct information is entered into the property database. You'll get to actively participate in building hit rate by answering segment questions, saving location points, and correcting database errors as appropriate.servicing, supporting, and mitigating risks for property loans. You will thrive on the challenges that come with exercising your exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills. We foster a learning culture that encourages personal and professional development, enabling you to thrive and reach your full potential.

Job Qualifications:

· High school diploma, GED or equivalent

· 1-2 years of general work experience

·  Read and interpret maps and other detailed documents

· Reasoning ability, good judgment, sound decision making and problem-solving skills

· Understand and follow written and oral instructions, procedural manuals, and governmental information

· Accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail are essential

· Good analytical and spatial skills

· Basic computer knowledge

· Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, to achieve set goals and complete assignments within established parameters and deadlines 

· Ability to cultivate and maintain collaborative working relationships 

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrate behaviors that align with our values and foster an inclusive culture 

· Adaptable in an ever-changing environment

· Must be able to, after training, locate flood zone designations using maps or by looking up data on propriety database
