Associate Market Development Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the team projects supporting the different business units
• Lead a team of 4 interns to support data-driven decisions.
• Onboard and train new team members (internship program).
• Elaborate monthly reports for the market intelligence team.
• Generate intelligence reports based on data or market research depending on the business needs of different departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Business Administration / Data Analysis / Marketing / Electronics Engineers/ Economics/ International Business
• Knowledge in Big Data a plus
• Fluent in English, Intermediate in Spanish
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft windows application (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• MI tools such as Power Bi, MACRO, Data Scrapping tools preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Willing to learn.
• Proactive, organized, multitasking with great team spirit.
