Associate Marketing Manager, Copywriting & Content
Job Description
Ibotta is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager (Copywriting and Content) to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.
 We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager with a keen eye for detail and an analytical approach to writing. The ideal candidate will help distinguish Ibotta in the marketplace by assisting with overall content and brand strategy, upholding Ibotta’s core values, and working cross-functionally amongst our D2C Marketing Team.

What you will be doing:
Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency & Advocate for Savers
Oversee copy that goes out to our Savers
Assist with overall content and brand strategy, research, script writing, and positioning documents for every product and program
Help distinguish Ibotta in the marketplace, providing researched-based recommendations
Consult with Director of Brand to assist with brand guidelines and alignment, creating process documents and positioning and translating those updates to the greater organization
Act as Subject Matter Expert for different stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on industry insights, competitor tactics, and relatable changes within the marketing field
Partner with multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships to deliver client centric solutions while effectively balancing conflicting demands and leading through the discomfort of potential ambiguity
Develop robust content calendars in partnership with the Brand, D2C & Ad Strategy Teams
Provide SEO recommendations to utilize, and own changes and communication outwardly with the team
What we are looking for:
5-7+ years of experience in a brand content or content management roleÂ
Bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism, english, communications, or a related discipline
Technical Skills: Copywriting, G Suite, Analytical ability to interpret and build reports, project management.
Experience with project management and design systems
Understanding of marketing and brand strategy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and driven
Track record of creating scalable process improvements
Solid understanding of digital experiences and how to write for each channel (i.e., email, social media, paid media, website, scripts etc.)
Solid understanding of SEO concepts and executionÂ
Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in strategic direction
Must be self-directed and self-motivated

 Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match and equity.
Base compensation range: $60,000-$80,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. This range does not apply to Canada or Mexico.Â
