Amplify is an authority in its industry that continues to grow year over year. We are now looking for an Associate Marketing Manager, STEM Campaigns to expand our impact and take us to the next level.
This Associate Marketing Manager will oversee and implement our literacy campaigns, working with the Senior Manager, STEM Content Marketing to identify and craft high-quality content that delights our prospects and customers. In partnership with the Demand Generation team, the Associate Manager will frame campaigns that enhance the value of Amplify's earned and paid channels, creating leads and advancing them through the marketing funnel. Responsibilities include:
  • Build STEM-focused content across multiple platforms and formats, including emails, landing pages, infographics, blog posts, social media campaigns, and videos
  • Work to develop, implement, and iterate campaigns which leverage Amplify's full channel mix, including owned and paid media, owned and paid events, and STEM interest lists
  • Oversee all STEM marketing campaigns in order to build awareness of Amplify's solutions, using standard methodologies and analytics support to generate leads and advance them through the funnel
  • Support marketing partnerships with key associations
  • Support STEM thought leadership relationships, keeping them aware and engaged with Amplify's messaging and content initiatives
  • Regularly benchmark against and report on competitive content initiatives within education sector
  • Partner with Demand Generation team to iterate and improve campaigns through emerging tactics, channels, and analytics
  • Partner with Customer Engagement team to identify and deliver content designed to support and delight Amplify's customers, encouraging consideration of additional Amplify solutions
  • Tag and archive all created content for more effective repurposing

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BS), or equivalent degree in English, writing, marketing, advertising, or other relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or multi-channel content creation (publishing, journalism, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing content
  • Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written), persuasion and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong experience managing multiple priorities
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Experience in K-12 STEM marketing or editorial
  • Project management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales enablement channels, and which content formats are most effective for targeting each channel/audience
