Associate Marketing Operations Manager

What you will do
As an Associate Marketing Communications Manager at Stryker, you are responsible for the project management of all marketing collateral review systems and processes on behalf of the Instruments Division.
- Maintain all quality management system documents related to collateral material that do not accompany a device
- Draft, maintain and distribute all action plans and communications related to Marketing Resource Management (MRM) projects
- Support the collateral material review process, including but not limited to project initiation, reviewer assignment, management of minor edits, conferring with document originators and approvers to resolve discrepancies and approval/release notifications
- Keep all stakeholders informed on content creation, routing and review status and actions required
- Champion internal customer issues, escalating appropriately and tracking to completion
- Manage digital assets within the digital asset management system, adhering to metadata, taxonomy and tagging governance while also in compliance with collateral review requirements
- Collaborate with content owners across business teams to ensure harmonization and proper use of taxonomy, metadata and tags
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure common understanding of material review and sign off processes
- Create and conduct training for system users and request permissions for new users
- Proactively identify obstacles, risks and gaps in project plans and processes; contribute solutions to resolving issues and identify opportunities for improvements to promote collaboration
- Serve as subject matter expert, providing technical support and timely follow through with stakeholders on issues related the MRM systems
- Create and deliver metric reports to key stakeholders to track KPIs
- Participate in audits around MRM as needed
- Manage related noncompliance or CAPAs
What you need
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years of work experience required
- 3+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Workfront, Adobe Assets or Adobe Experience Manager experience a plus.
