What you get to do:

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Performance Marketing, you will help manage OppFi’s Partnerships channel.  OppFi has partnered with dozens of key lending marketplaces and web properties, and these key partners supply OppFi with a stream of eligible customers for our suite of loan products.  You will be a key member of the internal OppFi team that manages these strategic partnerships. More specifically, you will:

  • Coordinate all items related to the new Partner onboarding process for new marketing Partners, including vetting, contract/pricing negotiations, internal approvals, launch, and performance monitoring
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a list of key marketing partners
  • Work cross functionally with internal and external departments (legal, compliance, tech, etc.) in onboarding partners and completing partner projects
  • Participate in regular (weekly or b-weekly) Partner touchbase calls
  • Collaborate with partners to optimize all key marketing funnel metrics in order to meet monthly volume and quality goals
  • Synthesize and draw insights from large data sets to understand and identify ways to improve partner performance
  • Work with partners to understand key macro demand factors and considerations
  • Own our internal marketing compliance monitoring platform, and work with all partners to ensure that all marketing messaging is fully compliant
  • Drive the monthly billing and invoice reconciliation process
  • Act as the main internal liaison between Marketing and Tech regarding our API/lead intake engine
  • Perform ad hoc projects and analyses as needed
  • Attend industry conferences and events as necessary

What you will bring to the team:

  • 2+ years of marketing, sales, or business development experience
  • Experience building and managing relationships    
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset
  • General understanding of lead generation and related marketing technology
  • Experience managing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Analytical bias with strong excel or Google sheets knowledge
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility 
  • Willingness to operate in a compliance-focused industry

Job Level:  Associate

The minimum salary for this role is $65,000. The total compensation package includes eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus as well as a 1-time equity grant based on level.

While OppFi is headquartered in downtown Chicago, we have adopted a remote-flexible work culture, and so this position is open to all qualified candidates, regardless of physical location.

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion, and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
