Associate, Marketing Product & Management Specialist
Job Description
- Manage, execute seasonal systems set-up for product lines
- Manage PLM style master maintenance and audit for accuracy
- Manage Initiation- PLM ZFRT/ZPPK to create/load selling styles
- Audit product adoptions to ensure timely completion
- Ensure processes and procedures are carried out in a timely manner based on published timeline
- Full understanding of product categories classification, fabrications, etc. to allow for effective analysis of business by gender, product category, etc.
- Working knowledge of apparel/textile fundamentals to aid in a variety of job-related duties
- Understand fundamental differences between Champion men's and women's styles and product classifications to aid in analysis of businesses where differences apply.
- Drive, execute pricing for product development/offering
- Analyze/ manage seasonal pricing set up for Retail Outsourced programs and Wholesale Clubs channels.
- Back-up for Sr. Pricing Analyst- NPP and Price Exceptions
- Manage the audit and set up of Club channel damage and defective trade pricing.
- SAP system verification for pre-existing conditions to eliminate pricing issues
- Develop/ own/drive department reporting
- Data cleansing/coding -add seasonality to PLM system
- SAP/BI Price tracking- MTO and Clubs
- UPC Master list- DTC/Retail Outsourced
- Ad hoc analysis as needed
- Research/ resolve discrepancies as they relate to style data for all Champion categories
- Resolve PLM discrepancies by managing IT ticket changes with Data Governance
- Resolve PLM glitches and enhancements issues with PLM Team
- Research discrepancies for DTC/Retail 3rd party vendors for PLM set up and SAP pricing data adherence

The main purpose of this position is to be accountable for data management initiatives for the Champion product team. Incumbent will be the primary contact in the ownership and execution of multiple seasonal marketing and industrialization product adoptions and pricing. Working independently and autonomously, the position is responsible for the execution of multiple brand projects surrounding the set-up of seasonal retail lines, wholesale club programs, account level SMU's, DTC/Champion Retail adoptions as well as assist with pricing initiatives. This position is responsible for being the PLM expert on changes, enhancements and system updates based on business needs. This position is required and held accountable to interact with numerous cross-functional partners to identify and resolve issues as it relates to seasonal product status changes and style set-ups. In conjunction with Product Marketing, this position has the ability to implement procedures to ensure similar issues are prevented in the future. In addition, this position provides analytical support which is essential in decision making for the Marketing Team and other cross functional areas. The individual will help achieve sales goals by sharing ownership of pricing integrity which prevents delayed and cancelled shipments as well as lost profits.
This individual must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task, demonstrate good judgment, make effective decisions and have the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and to adapt to changing priorities. Must possess energy, enthusiasm and a sense of passion, accountability and ownership for their work and the business overall. Overall impact of this position-- Prevention of delayed product development and production, increased manufacturing and distribution costs. Impacts order management, inventory and on-time shipments to customers, as well as accurate reporting to senior management. Furthermore, the detrimental effect of the same not being done in a complete and accurate manner would also be significant.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education/ Experience:
- 1-2 years of data management experience or in lieu of degree 4+ years of data management experience
- Preferred Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
