Job Description
At Lilly, we unite caring with discovery to make life better for people around the world. We are a global healthcare leader headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our 35,000 employees around the world work to discover and bring life-changing medicines to those who need them, improve the understanding and management of disease, and give back to our communities through philanthropy and volunteerism. We give our best effort to our work, and we put people first. We're looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.
While significant advancements have been made in breast cancer treatment and survival ~20% of women will have their cancer recur or metastasize. The Brand team aims to change this trajectory for thousands of women across the US with its new indication while continuing to serve women with HR+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer. The US Non-Personal Promotion (NPP) Marketing Associate for the brand will fuel additional momentum for this mission, being part of a team charged with leading world class execution of the brand for both our EBC and MBC indications during a time where the brand is becoming a market leader.

Today, our ability to reach our customers in this way allows us to be more targeted in our approach and is a critical way in which we interact with our customers on their terms. Especially in Oncology where the reach of personal promotion can be challenging, the Non-personal promotion strategy and plan is a backbone to the brand execution (~$20M plan in 2023), with several anticipated data milestones in the next 12 months to fuel a steady stream of engaging content to deliver the strategy.
