Get to Know the Team

The Marketplace Strategy team focuses on growing and optimizing our delivery services including GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabExpress. We collaborate with different teams to create solutions that enhance our platform's reliability and efficiency.

Get to Know the Role

You will lead important projects that manage supply and demand for our delivery services. Using data and strategic planning, you will identify gaps and design plans to address challenges. Your work will involve rolling out new products, optimizing existing ones, and collaborating with local and regional teams to ensure success. You will report to Strategy and Project Manager in work onsite in the Bangkok Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Analyze data to find gaps and blockers in our platform, and develop plans to address them.
• Improve product rollouts, ensuring they fit market conditions.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to develop strategies that enhance our services.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate your findings and strategies.
• Lead projects that aim to improve platform efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 1+ years of experience at management consulting or tech company, with a focus on data analysis and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or in a relevant field.
• Experience in gathering data, review, analyze and draw conclusions based on the available information.
• Experience evaluating different options to form a judgement and have eye for details.
• Proficiency in Excel (can perform complex functions) is required, experience with SQL.
• Experience to deliver clear engaging presentations with proficiency in both Thai and English to communicate regionally.
• You have the passion and energy to excel in a work environment.
