Associate Materials Manager

About the Role

As Associate Materials Manager, you will execute global materials sourcing strategies for Kohl's Private and Exclusive brands to deliver optimal supply chain value, including quality, cost, speed and on-time delivery with technical proficiency. This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

What You'll Do

• Execute long-term materials sourcing strategies aligned with Kohl's apparel strategy, seizing opportunities and mitigating risks
  
• Drive Kohl's global materials strategy for optimal product value
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align product value with sourcing strategies and financial goals

• 5+ years of textile, retail, production, sourcing, supply chain management or related experience
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  
• Expertise in manufacturing and supply chain
  
• Technically proficient in textile manufacturing with a global perspective
  
• Global Business knowledge and Cross-Cultural agility
  
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering or related field
  
• Previous experience in textile manufacturing
  
• Ability to successfully operate in an international environment
