Associate Media Planner, Digital Solutions & Media Integrations

You have prior full-time experience in advertising, media planning, and/or website management (1+ years). You are interested in pursuing media or website development as an extended path, utilizing learned knowledge and skills to help develop and support media initiatives, reporting systems, processes, and website functionality.
You have strong organizational and communication skills, and a positive attitude with demonstrated presentation & writing skills, (intermediate/advanced Excel and intermediate Power Point skills a plus). Have an eagerness for problem solving, project management skills, and likes to take on new responsibilities and communicate with multiple teams/partners to provide solutions.
This role will be split across two disciplines:
- Regional Media Planning and Strategy - 50%
- Website Management (of the retail portion of a national site) - 50%
What You’ll Do: Including, but not limited to….
Regional Media Planning and Strategy – 50%
- Develop a functional understanding of Nissan media initiatives, campaigns, and strategies - learning overall media metrics and KPIs Â
- Work with various departments, including media, account, and creative to compile information/reporting/assets for team distribution, agency or client presentations, and meetings
- Manage the maintenance of internal planning and market intelligence tools (i.e. MInT/DRIVE, etc.)
- Learn and utilize industry resources and third-party data platforms to compile, track and help interpret data at the market-level
- Compile, maintain, and issue monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and on-going reporting at the market-level
Website Management – 50%
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to initiate, manage, and execute creative activations on the NissanUSA.com Retail Pages in coordination with Tier 2 media campaign launches
- Daily use of the Retail Pages’ Content Management System (CMS) to test and upload assets, build creative schedules, and manage region-specific offer content Â
- Work with Nissan and partner agencies to coordinate model page launches and removals on the NissanUSA.com Retail PagesÂ
- Work the Nissan United Field Teams on region-specific creative requests and regional CMS functionality
- Perform regular audits of the Retail Pages to ensure asset accuracy, technical performance, and proper user-experienceÂ
- Keep thorough documentation of active projects and provide detailed recap notes of items discussed in regular status meetings to keep team aligned and on schedule
Requirements:
- One or more years of media planning or digital experience at a full-service agency
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn new computer systems
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a confident self-starter, highly detail-oriented, reliably follow direction, ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently, and proactively address challenges
- A strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high quality.
- Automotive and Regional planning experience a plus

Location:
Given the nature of Media/Digital Solutions team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to Nashville, TN, in the near future (first 60 days of employment).
The annual salary range for this role is $40,000-$45,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
