POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for tracking, entering, reconciling, reporting and allocating all trading activity
- Manage the Bain Capital Credit order entry and allocation process, specifically responsible for:
- Entering trade ticket detail information into the OMS system
- Confirming allocation output
- Obtaining and enriching trade data as needed
- Assist in the implementation of enhancements to the OMS platform
- Continuously work to improve and enhance process and procedures accordingly
- Provide support to the assert set-up and Security Master File process
- Produce and distribute portfolio management and P&L reports
- Work closely with compliance on an as needed basis to obtain approvals and resolve issues
- Responsible for zero defect processing in a highly visible mission critical processing environment
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Detail-oriented, conscientious and energetic professional with ability to think creatively
- Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with all levels of the firm
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines
- Ability to follow-through on all assignments, handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work successfully in both team and independent environments
DESIRED BACKGROUND/EDUCATION
- College degree required
- Major preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business-related subject area
