We're looking for a stellar Associate to join our Provider Operations team to help manage Maven's rapidly growing provider network. In this role, you'll work closely with the Network Operations and Strategy team along with key cross-functional partners to manage practitioner scheduling, provider customer service, payment validation, and the execution of key operational projects. This role is a great fit for a team player with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an eye for operational efficiency.
As Associate, Network Management at Maven, you will:
- Triage, escalate, and resolve all practitioner questions related to network management
- Manage practitioner shift-scheduling to ensure adequate network coverage
- Lead monthly practitioner payment + validation process
- Manage practitioner demographic + licensure database updates
- Coordinate and execute on initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Support various cross-functional projects as needed
We're looking for you to bring:
- 2-3 years of experience across customer success / service, clinical operations, or network management in a healthcare or high-growth start-up environment
- Experience managing scheduling for mid-to-large size teams
- Comfortable liaising directly with Maven providers with a customer-service mindset
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes and projects
- Comfort with core business tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic analysis
- Demonstrated ability to effectively synthesize and communicate findings in a structured, thoughtful manner
- Trusted, team player looking to drive success in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Resourceful, highly organized self-starter with a bias towards action and efficiency
