Associate of Operations - International Securities Settlements (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

Our business growing and expanding, we are seeking an Associate of Clearing and International Settlements. In this position, you will focus on the day-to-day resolution of complex issues and execution of complex international securities settlements transactions. We are looking for candidates who will be responsible to pre-match, match and settle trades based on market deadlines. This role would join a team of 15 associate in the U.S (NY, NC & NJ) as well as 75 associates in India. This is a highly visible role that will add depth and knowledge to the group.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for facilitating settlement obligations with various international markets
• You will escalate client issues and complaints on operational matters to higher-level management, when necessary
• You will communicate and implement firm operational guidelines and policies to support staff
• You will develop strong client relationships
• You may perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned
• You will document procedures for training purposes
• You will handle complex internal and external customer inquiries, and resolution of transactional issues
• You will provide training to associates within the team if necessary
• You may have to work US holidays depending on the international markets you are assigned

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree/equivalent experience
• Experience with Clearing and Settling trades would be preferred
• Quick learner that can adapt to a growing business
• Ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and internal associates alike
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
• Proficient with using MS office applications
• Strong customer service orientation & strong prioritization and interpersonal skills
