Associate of Operations (Remote)

We are seeking an entry level Associate for Operations within our Managed Services division located in our North Carolina home office. In this position you will have the opportunity to be part of a growing North American back-office team, and you will earn brokerage applications across multiple Broadridge Brokerage platforms and two different markets and clients (US and CA). You will gain exposure to various adjacent areas within Broadridge such as conversions, product management, and professional services.

This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for gaining knowledge of the daily processes required to support your assigned clients.
• You will be expected to participate in small projects and encourage to develop a deeper understanding of general industry knowledge.

Salary Range: $20 USD hourly
