Ceribell produces the world’s first brain monitor for point-of-care seizure triage and treatment. Our groundbreaking technology enables healthcare providers to test for a suspected seizure and then deliver treatments within minutes. We also received the first-ever FDA 510(k) clearance for a digital seizure detection algorithm.

Position Overview
Ceribell, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Associate to become a core member of our Special Projects team within the Office of the CEO. In this role, you will support our Chief of Staff and CEO in defining, assessing, and implementing strategic initiatives that are critical to Ceribell’s growth and commercial success. These initiatives will be cross functional and will enable the company to scale effectively (e.g.,coordinating cross-functional product utilization initiatives, building tools that enable strategic account targeting and penetration).
Significant to your success in this role is the ability to work cross-functionally and to build successful partnerships across the organization. We are looking for creative, entrepreneurial individuals, who can think strategically and critically and are excited about tackling business challenges using a data-driven approach. These candidates are also high-integrity individuals, who are passionate about improving the patient experience through Ceribell’s innovative products and solutions. The Associate in the Office of the CEO will report to the Chief of Staff to the CEO.
This is a hybrid role in the Bay Area
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Executive Team to develop and evaluate commercial strategies to maximize growth
- Gather research and analyze data to develop actionable solutions
- Support the identification, evaluation, and launch of new business opportunities
- Contribute to the development of high-impact partnerships that leverage Ceribell’s platform
- Effectively develop and employ frameworks and strategic approaches to tackle complex problems
- Build consensus and effectively influence mid-level and senior-level stakeholders
- Develop thoughtful, rigorous, and compelling analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders, including Ceribell’s investors and Board of Directors
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Ceribell’s business model, key products, and stakeholders to propose and analyze relevant strategic decisions
- Understand and stay current on trends within the industry and the competitive landscape

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, biological/clinical sciences, engineering or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or PE / VC / hedge funds
- Experience at a high-growth life sciences start-up (or in the Life Sciences industry) a plus
- Exceptional analytical, research, and quantitative skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to balance multiple projects at one time
- Intellectual curiosity, with an eagerness to understand the various strategic, financial, and operational drivers
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with key internal / external stakeholders, cross-functional partners and senior leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
