Associate Operations (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

Broadridge is growing! We are seeking an Associate Operations with trade settlement operations experience at our Newark, NJ office. The expectations of the Associate are to perform their duties with a high level of attention to detail and excellent customer service. We need an individual to monitor, analyze and process Treasury transactions to insure accurate and timely settlement, as well as reconcile clients' accounts vs the settling bank.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the client's internal systems to monitor all trades, pre-settlement and settlement date activities
• Process & allocate Triparty shells as needed
• Perform general reconciliation activities
• Escalate client issues and complaints on operational matters to higher-level management, when necessary
• Research, resolve and report all discrepancies
• Keep client apprised of transactional status
• Follow all procedures maintaining firms stated internal controls and regulatory compliance
• Develop strong client relationships
• May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

• College Degree or relevant experience
• Working knowledge of BONY BDC preferred
• Working knowledge of Impact preferred
• Comfort around higher management
• Ability to work under tight deadlines #LI-PS1
