Associate Operations Manager, Distribution Partnerships

We are looking for an Associate Operations Manager to join the Paramount Streaming Distribution Partnerships team!
This is a key role on a fast-growing team. This individual will own distribution partner operations within the Paramount Streaming portfolio. They will also have the primary responsibility of enhancing the value of our distribution partnerships for Pluto TV and Paramount+ by spearheading partnership operations, collaborating and driving visibility with internal teams, and assisting with key growth initiatives. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Distribution Partnerships and will be based in Los Angeles on a hybrid schedule.
Overview and Responsibilities:• Support business strategy and operations for distribution partner platforms.• Drive communication, data management, performance and reporting across managed partners.• Work closely with internal teams on new partner integrations, including helping implement requirements and partner goals.• Lead operations meetings on a regular cadence with key internal stakeholders to create insight into distribution initiatives, drive progress against key initiatives, clear blockers and maintain clear communication among internal teams.• Assist with business reviews, case studies, competitive insights, and any other relevant reporting to unlock new growth opportunities.• Identify operational efficiencies and work with internal stakeholders to execute, streamline and drive visibility for business requirements.• Act as a resource for internal partners to solve challenges, source information from the Distribution Partnerships departments and provide insights.
Basic Qualifications:• Minimum 3+years of business operations, strategic product management, or partner management experience, preferably in the OTT or mobile industry• BA/BS required; MBA is a plus
Additional Qualifications:• Solid cross-functional skills with the ability to build consensus among teams (business development, product, engineering, monetization, marketing, sales, finance)• Ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with internal teams• Deep understanding of video streaming business models, both ad-supported and/ or subscription-based, and the content ecosystem• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $75,000.00 - 95,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
