The Opportunity Integrity team within Sales Systems is responsible for ensuring all sales opportunities are ready to be processed prior to the customer submitting a purchase order.
The Opportunity Integrity Coordinator verifies customer order information in our system and gathers relevant information needed to better support the customer onboarding process. They will ensure accurate data input into our customer relationship management system (Salesforce) and accurate communication of order information to different departments within the company.
A successful candidate for the Opportunity Integrity Coordinator role will be customer-focused and detail-oriented. They will work alongside Purchase Order Management Coordinators in reconciling purchase orders against information in our internal ordering system.

Responsibilities of the Associate Opportunity Integrity Coordinator:
  • Facilitate the collection of customer data to support successful onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer order data in the company CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Partner with PO Management Coordinators and the Sales Team to reconcile inconsistencies with purchase orders.
  • Communicate with customers on an as-needed basis.
  • Keep current with Amplify's products, services, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with other Opportunity Integrity Coordinators to identify and share best practices.
  • Work alongside other teams within the Sales organization to complete projects.
  • Collaborate, work on a team, take direction, and implement team plans.

Basic Qualifications of the Associate Opportunity Integrity Coordinator::
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in customer service
  • Data entry experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Adept in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, particularly Excel or Sheets
  • Ability to travel for onsite meetings (10%)

  • Highly motivated with precise attention to detail
  • Comfortable meeting set daily and weekly performance metrics
  • Proactive problem solving
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, corporate environment
  • Salesforce experience
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills (for both internal and customer-facing meetings)

Compensation: The hourly rate range for this role is $23-$27.
