Associate Packaging & Graphic Designer

About us: We are seeking a talented and motivated associate packaging and graphic designer to join the Off White, Scotch & Soda and C&C California design teams. Job Description: • Collaborate with Design Director to develop packaging designs from initial concept to completion reflecting brand identity and specific customer/distribution requirements. • Prepare and submit artwork for production and maintain existing library of branded packaging. • Review and comment on packaging submits and communicate with overseas and in-house team during production approval process. • Stay up to date on design trends and brand appropriate market standards, integrating them into new design concepts. • Support on other graphic related projects such as lookbook layouts, show room signage photoshoot assistance, photo editing, instore marketing layouts and other presentation needs. Qualifications: • Must have a bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a related field, with at least 3 years experience in the fashion industry working on packaging and graphic design. • Must be proficient on Macs, and with the following industry standard programs: Photoshop & Illustrator • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team under critical time frames. • Candidate should have a strong eye for color, typography and layout along with technical knowledge of packaging production and materials. • Must be organized and extremely detail oriented, with the ability to follow customer packaging guidelines, problem solve and work on tight deadlines. • Ability to multitask, communicate clearly and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
