Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is focused on expanding our business services in Japan. It is to win and deliver profitable consultancy business through their own leadership input and example. Operating at the business or executive level it will build trusted client relationships in order to leverage large programs in which we can deliver economic value to clients through our unique combination of deep domain and cognitive capabilities in addition to the services of their own practice team.

Activities include but are not limited to; working with and leveraging other client facing teams to create demand identify opportunities qualify opportunities and then directly executing high quality professional engagements. It encouraged to bring new ideas and new view to accelerate internal transformation as well. The representative will be continuously focused on winning opportunities that achieve assigned targets while designing and delivering high value customer solutions with a focus digital strategy / transformation and Cloud technology.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Fluent Japanese and business level English skill
• Strategy planning and business improvement for enterprises at consulting firms
• Proposal for system-reform projects and leading delivery of large-scale projects as PO/PM at consulting firms or big system integrators
• Demonstrable revenue generation capability

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• A strong desire to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership experience working with multi-location multicultural and multinational teams.
• International work experience
