The Role

As an Associate Partner based in Poland, you will:

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with European oil and gas companies, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Drive business development activities, identifying and converting opportunities into transformative projects for clients across the European market.
• Build and develop high-performing consulting teams, fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and innovative culture.
• Design and implement market-leading propositions across key oil and gas domains such as trading, supply chain, mobility, manufacturing, and asset management.
• Lead senior-level client engagements, partnering with executives to deliver impactful consulting solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Shape client strategies to address operational challenges, enable energy transition goals, and enhance profitability in a competitive market.
• Deliver measurable value through innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

About You

We are looking for an Associate Partner with:

• Extensive experience building relationships and developing business with European oil and gas companies, leveraging market knowledge and strategic insights.
• Proven success in business development, including identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and closing deals.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Deep expertise in at least two of the following areas:
• Oil & Gas Trading
• Supply Chain Management
• Manufacturing Operations
• Mobility Solutions
• Asset Management
• A track record of designing and implementing market-leading propositions that address client challenges and deliver value.
• Strong understanding of European energy market dynamics, including trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Be based in Poland and have extensive experience in the European oil and gas industry.
• Have both industry and consulting experience, providing a deep understanding of client challenges and tailored solution delivery.
• Be proactive and entrepreneurial, with a passion for innovation and driving client success.
• Demonstrate expertise in energy transition strategies, helping clients navigate the shift toward sustainable energy sources.
• Be adept at facilitating workshops, developing thought leadership, and contributing to industry forums and publications.
