Associate, Partnership Marketing Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is looking for an Associate, Partnership Marketing Project Manager (PM) who will play a critical role in managing our partnership marketing creative plans and projects.Ā Partnerships can include, but are not limited to Strategic Partnerships focused on driving distribution of App and Peloton Equipment, as well as 3rd party retailer partnerships.Ā This role will report to the Director, Partnership Marketing while working closely with the creative team, and be equal parts marketing and project management. This person will help manage the development and roll-out of marketing and creative deliverables to our partner channels and through Peloton channels, when applicable.Ā Ā
This is an opportunity to roll up sleeves and get involved in marketing and operations from the ground-up - ideating, briefing, establishing project timelines, creative reviews, production and hand-offs (everything but the creative work), and will have the opportunity to both help shape marketing plans and bring them to life.Ā Ā
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTONĀ
- Collaborate with both internal and external partners in a cross-functional capacity.Ā Ā
- In collaboration with the creative team, work with a design asset management system, to manage, develop, and handoff partner marketing needs/assets, including but not limited to landing pages, marketing toolkits, emails, social, ad hoc requests, events, etc.Ā
- Build and maintain project schedules and assignments within a project management platform to support the creative team.Ā
- Manage multiple partner plans/projects from start to finish, on time.Ā
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. partnerships, social, content, etc) to develop marketing materials that successfully bring partner marketing initiatives to life.Ā
YOU BRING TO PELOTONĀ
- 2-3 years of work experience in a project management role, within a marketing or creative orgĀ
- Bachelorās Degree required
- Experience with marketing teams in innovative, fast-paced and customer-centric environmentsĀ
- Strong communication, creative and writing skills
- Comfort interfacing with partners and cross-functional teams
- Multi-dimensional skillset, including: project management, tactical planning, strategic thinking, relationship management; Google SuiteĀ expertise
- Forward-thinking, organized, and detailed oriented
- Strong knowledge of workflows in the creative process and experience with creative tools such as creative briefs, design asset management systems, project management tools, and the ability to live by brand guidelines.
