Role Description:
The Associate, Patient Experience - Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Provider and Systems (CAHPS)/Health Outcome Survey (HOS) will be responsible for supporting initiatives that span the patient experience journey. The Associate, Patient Experience will monitor and assess key initiatives, such as outbound calling campaigns, and make recommendations for enhancements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, enjoys solving challenging problems, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This role will require cross-team collaboration within Patient Experience and Service Operations and other teams (e.g. Population Health, Managed Care Operations, etc.).

Role Description:

Core Responsibilities:
- Support high-impact patient experience initiatives on the CAHPS/HOS roadmap, such as outbound calling campaigns
- Perform data analysis, identifying key insights and trends to inform decision-making
- Develop materials and lead discussions with relevant organizational leaders
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure visibility and coordination among various workstreams
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders, as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for?
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare / patient experience roles
- Strong interpersonal skills that support effective stakeholder engagement
- Strong written communication skills; highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Analytical and data savvy; highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong level of organization, accountability, detail orientation, and focus on deadlines and metrics
- Passion for excellence, willing to go the extra mile to achieve objectives and ensure consistently high quality work product
- Quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity
- Collaborative working style, able to work cross functionally
- Bachelor's degree required
- US work authorization
