Associate Platform Manager

As an Associate Platform Manager on the Platform Services Team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our software solutions to enterprise clients and strategic partners. What You’ll Do

• Manage & prioritize multiple inbound client configuration or data management requests and drive to completion
• Interpret client and other stakeholder requests, tailor your conversations according to their needs, and effectively communicate these needs to other internal teams as necessary
• Support Platform Managers & Senior Platform Managers in providing configuration and data management services to clients; Help ensure we exceed client expectations
• Compare, analyze, and import client or partner data, and provide quality assurance over the information and content loaded into the Yext Platform
• Leverage Yext Scanning Technology to prepare reports for Sales Meetings
• Provide guidance on product functionality and platform architecture to clients
• Assist team members with process optimization projects

What You Have

• Class of 2021, recent BA/BS graduate, or similar experience
• Seeking a major or career in a technical field preferred
• Experience working in Excel, in either an academic environment or previous internship/experience
• Flexible, self-motivated, curious
• Detail-oriented, organized, process-driven
• Aptitude for communicating complex issues in a digestible way
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
• Autonomous worker with excellent time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment
• Interest in a client-facing technology role
