  • Analyze operational data and trends to identify risks and recommend improvements to enforcement processes
  • Contribute ideas for integrating AI and automation to enhance moderation quality and scalability
  • Share updates and insights with stakeholders, helping align teams and advocate for Trust & Safety priorities
  • Who You Are

  • You have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or a related operations environment, including reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content
  • You know how to manage queues and handle cases using case management or ticketing systems
  • You have experience handling urgent, high-priority cases and driving them through to resolution
  • You use data and metrics to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams, regions, and time zones
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You are adaptable and comfortable working in an evolving operational landscape
  • You have proficiency in English; additional Southeast Asian language skills are a plus
  • You care about creating a safe and inclusive experience for users and creators, with an understanding of online safety and freedom of expression
  • Where You'll Be

  • This role is based in Singapore
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 3 times per week.
