Duties:

Own all activities related to the successful deployment and running of testing and execution environment goals from a technology perspective. Perform deployment of Clearing, Risk and Data Platform applications into the ORT environment. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to deploy microservices of applications on Kubernetes clusters. Direct, review, configure, and execute Terraform Ansible automation pipelines delivered by product teams. Create multi-region infrastructure platform for developmental purposes through terraform automation using Git (SVN) as version control and a configuration management tool, like Ansible. Elicit requirements for deployment of application and sizing for managing expected workload. Monitor the performance of applications and tune working with product teams. Promote standards across applications’ security and configurations. Define and document architecture strategies, designs, and requirements across all enterprise architecture domains using IAM and AWS services like EC2, VPC and REDIS elastic cashe database. Collaborate with IAM/security teams on setting up roles and permissions for machines and users. Collaborate with the integration and performance testing team to leverage integrated release tested in Integration and Release Acceptance environment. Collaborate with operations and enablement teams to deliver infrastructure and applications to start testing. Collaborate with production controls teams on monitoring, failover and logging and implement infrastructure failover scenarios. Provide guidance to systems engineering, Dev/Ops professionals for building highly performant environment. Confer Network team on all connectivity plans and issue resolution (including between on-premises and AWS). Establish agile program level practices for efficient collaboration and delivery. Perform deployment of applications in VM-based as well as container-based deployments. Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in CS, information systems security or related plus five (5) years of DevOps or systems administration experience. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience, will accept a Master’s degree plus two years of experience in the same fields.

Special Skills Required:

Must have work experience with each of the following: 1) Create multi-region infrastructure platform for developmental purposes through terraform automation using Git (SVN) as version control and a configuration management tool, like Ansible; 2) Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to deploy microservices of applications on Kubernetes clusters; 3) Define and document architecture strategies, designs, and requirements across all enterprise architecture domains using IAM and AWS services, like EC2, VPC and REDIS elastic cashe database.

Salary

$158,600 - $213,400
