Associate Producer

Bit Reactor is in search of a Associate Producer to help us plot our course through hyperspace.  As the Technical Producer you will collaborate with team and project leads to help deliver a best-in-class player experience that will revolutionize games through the lens of the Star Wars universe.

JOB – Associate Producer

Responsibilities:
•    Partner with production to translate cross functional goals and needs into working schedules.
•    Focus on development processes, identifying inefficiencies and introducing production and development process improvements.
•    Be a conduit of communication between departments and provide support to the team for all things related. 
•    Identify and resolve team issues.
•    Organizing requests and tracking assets.
•    Assist production team on daily requests. 

Qualifications:
•    2+ years' experience as an embedded member of a studio development team is ideal.
•    Solid ability to build, track, and maintain complex schedules.
•    Strong communications and organizational skills.
•    Growing knowledge of game development, and a strong willingness to learn.
•    A good understanding of content development pipelines (modeling, animation, VFX, etc.) as well as external development
•    Ability to self-motivate and help motivate others.
•    Smart with strong intuition.
•    Familiarity with task tracking software.
•    Ability to juggle many tasks at once.
•    Strong people skills. Empathy for fixing the problems of others, respect for others' time.
•    Intense passion for video games.

Bonus:
•    Knowledge of Unreal Engine
